Receive thorough instruction in the sport of professional wrestling under the tutelage of head trainers Hoodie Howlett and Moonshine Mantell.
Located in the Heart of downtown Kansas City, Missouri, the Journey Pro Wrestling Academy will offer those 16 and older the opportunity to live out their dreams of becoming a professional wrestler, referee, or simply get in good physical shape in a fun and challenging way.
The school will begin with only trained wrestlers considered to be of intermediate skill or higher, with our first beginner class starting in May of 2022.

INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED STUDENTS
Already trained students with previous wrestling experience can utilize the Journey Pro Wrestling Academy to get valuable ring time and further their goals, while refining their craft, and having access to the training staff, as well as guest training and the regular seminars planned for travelling veteran talent.
- Tuition: $50 per month / $240 per 6 months ($10 a month savings) / $420 per year ($15 a month savings)

BEGINNING STUDENTS
New to the wrestling game? Our staff of trainers will give you all the tools you need to be ring ready at a pace that works for you.
The process begins with a tryout that will be regularly scheduled once per month (starting in May 2022) to determine your physical fitness and capability of being a successful professional wrestler. After that, classes will be held twice a week with hands on instruction.
You will be given regular encouragement, coaching and feedback to help you meet your goals, and mold you into the best professional wrestler you can be!
First tryout is scheduled for May 1, 2022! Join the Journey Pro Wrestling Academy First Class!
- Tryout Cost: $100 (this will apply towards the deposit towards your tuition if accepted). If you have helped out on crew for at least 3 Journey Pro shows, this tryout cost is waived.
- Tuition Cost: $2500 – A $500 deposit is due upfront before your first class, with monthly payments of $100 a month for 20 months thereafter.
Students can assume to advance at different paces, and that’s okay. Our training staff will work with you personally to make sure you are ready and confident to go out into the greater world of professional wrestling, and offer critical feedback and encouragement along the way.
REFEREE TRAINING
We here at Journey Pro have access to great professional wrestling referees who can train those looking to get involved without (as much at least) of the physical wear and tear. We will be introducing a referee training program within the next few months, so stay tuned!
HOW TO PAY DUES
All accepted active students will be sent a link via text message and email after they sign up to pay dues and manage their training / memberships electronically, easily via your phone.
